Please Read Carefully: These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Streak 10: Quiz & Survival and related online services provided by WCWinner2026. By downloading, accessing, or playing the game, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Streak 10: Quiz & Survival ("App", "Game"), or browsing https://streak10.wcwinner2026.online ("Website"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept all of these terms, you must uninstall the application and discontinue use immediately.

2. Limited License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and execute the App on authorized Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. In-Game Virtual Items & Lifelines

The Game incorporates virtual mechanics, including but not limited to Streak Fire Counters, Streak Shields, Timer Freezers, and Daily Energy Lives (collectively, "Virtual Items").

Notice Regarding Virtual Items:
  • Virtual Items possess no monetary, cash, or real-world value under any circumstances.
  • Virtual Items cannot be sold, gifted, bartered, or exchanged for real currency or physical goods.
  • Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and we reserve the right to regulate, balance, modify, or remove Virtual Items to maintain game balance and integrity without liability.

4. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the integrity or enjoyment of the Game. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or its backend APIs.
  • Deploy automated scripts, bots, scrapers, auto-clickers, or cheat engines to bypass questions or manipulate high scores.
  • Circumvent or exploit vulnerabilities in the answer verification system, timer mechanics, or leaderboard score validation.
  • Manipulate, fake, or spoof device identifiers, network requests, or Google Play Games tokens.
  • Interfere with or disrupt servers or networks connected to our Supabase infrastructure.

5. Advertisements & Rewarded Services

Streak 10 is supported by sponsor advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

  • Certain optional in-game rewards (such as deploying a Streak Shield or receiving an extra Endless mode revive) require voluntarily viewing a third-party sponsored video advertisement.
  • We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the products, services, or claims featured in third-party advertisements.
  • Ad availability depends on network conditions, inventory from Google AdMob, and geographic region. We do not guarantee uninterrupted ad availability.

6. Google Play Games & Leaderboards

Leaderboard features are integrated through Google Play Games Services. Your display name, public achievements, and ranking may be visible to other players globally. We reserve the right to disqualify or remove fraudulent, artificially inflated, or modified scores from leaderboards to preserve competitive fairness.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, visual designs, source code, question curation algorithms, animations, and graphics in Streak 10 and this website are the proprietary property of WCWinner2026 and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we employ automated multi-tier verification to ensure trivia accuracy, we make no representation that questions, answers, or historical trivia will be 100% error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device configuration.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WCWinner2026 and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of game data, loss of device functionality, or interrupted connectivity resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Any revisions become effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued play or access of the App constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
